The
project consists of two parts, remodel and addition. Due to the
abandoned low height over the driveway, portion of the canopy over
the driveway will be removed. The remainder of the canopy next to
the hospital building will be saved. A new wall enclosure will be
built under the canopy to capture the space (900 square-feet) for a
waiting area for the new ER. The new ER addition (3,412
square-feet) will provide a total of two exam rooms, six treatment
rooms and the required support spaces. 
Replacement
or the existing emergency generator with a new emergency generator.
Currently the construction documents have been submitted to OSPHD
and the plans are in the submittal process.
