Alliance Medical Center, Healdsburg CA

Alliance Medical Center (AMC) was founded in 1971 by community volunteers to address the lack of health care resources for migrant Hispanic farm workers and their dependents in Healdsburg and the surrounding areas. AMC serves patients from throughout Northern Sonoma County, primarily those in three rural census tracks that are designated as Medically Underserved Populations.
Aspen Street designed a 21,000 square foot, $4.3 million dollar, USDA funded, 2-story dental and medical clinic sufficient space to consolidate all services provided by Alliance under one roof. Additional space was also created for community use and Alliance’s future expansion or reorganization. The building site design was completed so that the second floor of the clinic building could be physically connected to the adjacent Healdsburg General Hospital in the future.
